What is the HotDraw Elite subscription?

The HotDraw Elite Subscription allows subscribers to automatically receive entries into the Monthly Cash Builder competition, monthly site credit, and access to additional subscriber-only benefits. There are four subscription tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and VIP. Subscriptions can be purchased via the subscriptions page within your account.

Pricing

Each tier is available with monthly or annual billing. Site credit and Cash Builder entries are added to your account every month, whichever billing option you choose.

The applicable fees for each tier are always those displayed at checkout. Payments must be made using a valid debit card.

Billing & renewal

• Subscription fees are charged monthly on the same date and at the same time as the original subscription purchase. Annual plans are charged once per year.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel — your next renewal date is shown on your subscription page.
• Upon successful subscription (and at each renewal), the allocated number of Entries for your tier and your tier's site credit are added to your account automatically.
• If a payment fails, the subscription may be suspended or cancelled at our discretion.

Site credit

• Site credit is added to your account each month and carries forward until used — it is not tied to your billing cycle. Unless otherwise specified, credit expires after 365 days without a purchase, and we'll email you a reminder as that date approaches. Any unused credit expires automatically without compensation.
• Credit may only be used to purchase entries into competitions and has no monetary value outside the Platform.
• Credit is non-withdrawable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.

Cancelling your subscription

• You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings — no phone call or email required.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: your subscription stays active and no further payments are taken until your next scheduled renewal date.
• No refunds (full or partial) are provided for any unused portion of the subscription period.
• You can also pause your subscription from the same page — billing and Elite access stop until you resume.

Free postal entry

Free entry is available to both subscribers and non-subscribers via post, following the postal entry route set out in clause 3.10 of our terms and conditions. Subscribers may submit postal entries in addition to their subscription entries; each valid postal entry counts as one Entry.

Changing your plan

• You can upgrade or downgrade between tiers at any time from your subscription page. Most changes apply at your next renewal; the checkout always tells you what happens and when before you confirm.
• Entries are randomly assigned to the Monthly Cash Builder competition and cannot be exchanged or transferred. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received, and all draws are conducted fairly and randomly.
• We may amend subscription tiers, pricing, or benefits with at least 30 days' notice, provided via email and/or the Platform.
